The gift of free will exercised by Adam and Eve forever changed the nature of our flesh. The supernatural gift of free will is what sets us, in part, apart from animals. We have intelligence, the image of God to get to choose. Christ's sacrifice allows us to use that gift to acknowledge God and His redemption for His creation. It's all about His sacrifice for His creation. True love is demonstrated in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and God on our behalf.
