SPEAK A BLESSING

Speak a Blessing:   Our Focus as we are getting ready for Wednesday’s Prayer meeting.

An excerpt from James Maloney’s book; (The Dancing Hand of God - Volume 2  Unveiling the Fullness of God through Apostolic Signs, Wonders, and Miracles

One of the keys found in the apostolic anointing is to unveil the blessing of God and show that you have a part to play in inheriting that blessing. You must make actual what Christ already provided for you.

Job 22: 28 says, “You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways."

I think the words above “A THING” is speaking of blessing (light shining on our way.) So one could say your role, is to declare a blessing and testify of favor. There is power in a blessing, and it is power we desperately need to tap into!

I share these characteristics with you.

1. We are to have strong, spiritual relationships with the other members of the Body — we are all to be valued and encouraged as one group.

2. We experience spiritual growth in the Body — we press on into deeper and deeper levels of knowledge (unveiling) in God.

3. We possess a spiritual vibrancy — lively, joyful, happy.

4. We are spiritually Tran-generational in our viewpoints — meaning, the blessing is passed on to the younger generation.

(I am preparing a new lesson for our Wednesday Prayer and will post it soon.)

Dear Hazel! I can't believe God led you to post this. I was JUST quoting this verse to Him just a few minutes ago!! There is a situation that the enemy is trying to cause me to fear greatly, and I have been SPEAKING this very verse out loud and reminding God that HE gave this to me a while back. I am decreeing the outcome that I expect Him to give me, and through speaking His Word, I know I will overcome in this situation. I was downright amazed when I read this post...it could not have been more timely to me. Thank the dear Lord, and thank you for your obedience...you have no idea how much was riding on it tonight.

Amen. I agree that it is a blessing and we're to acknowledge that and give thanks for what we haven't earned. Blessed indeed. Thanks, Hazel.
