Chocolate Surprise Serves 15 – 18

cocolate surprize decorated with whipped cream

Here it is Friday again, and time to share a favorite recipe with you.
Do visit Ann Kroekers Food on Fridays   site for more great recipes.
She offers a mean broccoli salad.

My submission is this home made desert that will gain you praises at your next pot luck dinner.

You can use glutton free flour if you prefer.

CHOCOLATE SURPRISE

 1 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine melted
1/2 cup nuts very finely chopped

Pour melted butter over flour and nuts and mix well.
Spread over the bottom of a 9x13 pan.  Press into all the corners.
Be sure the entire bottom of pan is covered.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool one hour.

Mix - -
1 (8oz) package cream cheese
1 cup cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar

Spread above mixture over the cooled pie crust.

Mix
2 small packages instant fudge pudding with
3 cups milk whip until thick.  Then pour over the cream cheese mixture.

Chill.
Before serving, spread remaining cool whip on top and sprinkle with ground pecans for garnish.
